Types of Motion
Consider three moving bodies, such as a moving car, the moving blades of a fan and a rolling ball. Though all the three bodies are in motion, they do not move in the same way. So, objects move in various ways.
Types of motion: There are different types of motion: translational, rotational, periodic, and non- periodic motion.

1. When an object in translational motion Moves in a straight line, it is said to be in rectilinear motion. |
